Return & Cancellation

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return only in case of damage and wrong product received.

To be eligible for return, your item must be received either in damaged condition (glass jar) or a different flavour than requested while the product is unworn and/ or unused, with temper-proof tags still intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@kangrateahouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make amends.

Returns for Other Reasons 

Since our product (Kangra Tea) comes under the category of food & beverages, we do not accept any returns other than the above mentioned reasons. We also do not accept any returns or changes to our deliveries made under a Sale, Duet and/ or Gift Cards categories.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please do note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we issue refund.

Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed only until the order is shipped. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, the cancellation will not be possible.
